USES:

        Srl-z series mixing unit is mainly used for mixing, coloring, drying of various resins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc., as well as drying and devolatilization of ABS, polycarbonate vinegar and other engineering plastics before forming, and also for mixing of phenolic resins. The unit combines the hot mixing and cold mixing process to complete the automatic entry of hot mixing materials into cold mixing to cool, remove residual gases and prevent agglomeration.

        The unit is developed by introducing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The electrical control adopts imported components and is equipped with PLC and latest computer control. It has a high degree of automation and good mixing effect. The cold mixer adopts foreign deceleration technology and adopts direct deceleration device, which overcomes the fatal shortcoming of using reducer and makes its operation more stable.
